Personality[]
Chloe is a very playful kitty who appears to be childish with a mentality that has yet to fully grow-up. She loves to play with toys- as well as develop her own with the crazy ideas filling up in her head.
Appearance[]
Chloe has a pale yellow body with messy, golden caramel markings covering most of her back and thigh, her cheeks, paws, and both eyes. A few random spots are on her body as well. She has a white inner-torso and hot pink fur or accessory at her neck. She also has a pink nose and purple eyes accent by dark purple mascara and lavender eye shadow.
She wears a purple cat ear hood with fuchsia dot print and matching fuzzy pom-pom sewn on each corner. In the center is an amethyst gem.
Chloe has a different appearance in the 'kitty in the city' toy line.

- Chloe is one of the two purple hat kitties not to have a topaz gem. The other being Britney.
- Ironically they both have purple gems instead.
- Britney's design on the foil bag art gives her hot pink paws.
